  • Vinegar: Take a warm bath with about a cup of vinegar poured into the water. Apple cider vinegar seems to work best. Remember to dry the vaginal area thoroughly after the bath.

    Thanks for the informative article! I will try the vinegar as well as the yogurt. I think the honey might lead to…a to sticky of a situation. I defintatly suggest following the wet clothing rule. I used to live in Florida and a wet suit is just no good! Also, excess sweating in heat is bad as well. I change the undies constantly!
